ndia Post to Deploy IT 2.0 Application Across Kerala Post Offices from July 8
Transactions will not be available in post offices on July 7
As part of its digital transformation initiative aimed at enhancing service delivery and strengthening nation-building efforts, India Post is deploying the next-generation APT application. The upgraded system will be implemented across all post offices in Kerala from July 8, 2025.
To ensure a smooth and secure transition to the new platform, a scheduled downtime has been planned on July 7, 2025. No public transactions will be carried out in post offices on that day. The step is necessary to facilitate data migration, system evaluation, and configuration processes.
The APT application promises a better user experience, faster service delivery, and a more customer-friendly interface, marking a significant step towards future-ready postal operations.
